If you would like, you can register to be a parishoner on line. You can also print out the Holy Cross Census form at the bottom of the page, and fax it to the rectory (212) 307-5033, or bring it in person. Please note that your registration cannot be completed until you visit the rectory office. Upon recieving your on-line registration, we will contact you in order to complete the process.
